In this video I give you a run down on how to fix a typo for someone who has entered an incorrect email at order. There's a bit of a process to remedy.

1. Check Gmail to ensure they have actually ordered (golfhelpdesk@gmail.com)
2. Copy correct email and head to www.AutomaticGolf.com/wp-admin
3. Check DAP to ensure email hasn't ordered (this is a double check)
4. Add new member through DAP
5. Ensure right product has been selected (sometimes they will have ordered multiple products so please add one at a time)
6. Tick "mark as paid"
7. Go to Active Campaign and add customer with correct email address (and delete old address)
8. Make sure they are tagged correctly (ask if you have any questions)
9. Email client to make sure he receives
