Some of the most common questions we receive.
I have purchased an electronic product but I haven't received anything. What is going on here?
1. Please check your spam box or junk folder. Despite our best efforts sometimes the welcome emails like to hide in the hardest to find places.
2. If you can't find anything in your junk folder then almost certainly, you will have entered an incorrect email address at the time of order. This is happening at least once or twice a day so please don't worry. We will fix this error but you need to let us know by clicking here.
