Over the last week or so I’ve been sending emails about my natural learning ideas. You can see more here and here.

When I start talking about this golf philosophy/learning stuff, without fail, this always happens…

… I get an email (actually many) that goes something like this:

Hey Cameron. Thanks so much for your emails and coaching ideas. I really like the concept of simplifying my game and playing without disruption. But I do have a question for you:

I am all in for Automatic Golf but my golf swing needs some serious work. I really need help in this matter because my ball striking is so inconsistent I have trouble trusting anything instinctive I can muster. I hit the ball everywhere and really don’t know what to do.

So, the question is, can you help me fix my golf swing?

Firstly, I am not against any sort of technical instruction. Many, typically those who are misguided and only want to read what they want to read, think the Automatic Golf approach is some form of slap happy hockey.

But that’s not the case.

In fact, due to all the research and getting to work with super-smart sports scientists, I feel well and truly qualified to talk about swing mechanics and instructions.

But, in case you haven’t guessed…

I don’t like to overdo it.

In saying that, I have spent a considerable amount of time working out HOW to blend the complexities of typical swing instruction with my natural learning ideas so any golfer can make meaningful swing changes WITHOUT killing their game in the process.

This can give the struggling golfer the best of both worlds.

1. A better golf swing – like owning a really functional golf swing
2. The ability to still play golf and maximise success

It’s also a perfect outlet for the technical golfers (I affectionately refer to them as “accountant” types) to get their “thinking” or “analytical” fix.

So yes! I believe I can help anyone “fix their golf swing”.

It’s just that I don’t go about it in the usual way. And the really big thing here is this…

…I don’t want you to get bogged down with endless technical thoughts and theories.

Ultimately, golf is about playing the game and hitting the ball into the hole into the least number of shots.

And, if you’re not really interested in truly playing the game, then I can’t help you.

But, if you appreciate that the golf course is the arena and you want to explore how good you can become, when it counts (like on Saturday morning when you’re playing in a competition)

And you want to fix your golf swing in a natural way. Including,

Finding your true authentic swing
Unlocking your inner power reserves
Playing with less stress and strain on your body
Gaining a mental and physical advantage because you’re learning optimally

AND playing your best when it counts.

Then I am your man.

If you’re truly serious about getting accurate swing instruction that’s presented in an “easy to learn” way (that respects your learning system), then I encourage you to check out this page. It’s important.

No matter what you want to do with your golf swing. Please don’t obsess with it and don’t forget to swing for the fences. You’ve still gotta play the game.

All for now,

Cameron “golf swing” Strachan

P.S. The GSD part of the program was created with perhaps my BEST Automatic Golf client and we walked through these golf swing ideas step by step. We pretty much covered all bases when it comes to owning a better, reliable and more powerful swing.

P.P.S. I always get a bit nervous when I talk about golf swing. I really need to emphasise that my ideas are way less technical and not even close to the usual BS golfers get told to do. At the end of the day, my swing coaching ideals definitely fall into the category of natural learning principles.
